Sitting at the bar with Jason is THE vibe - had a bar pie with a few square slices, perfectly delicious in every way. Jason is the man and everything at 1/4 sheets RULES!
Visited this place with my wife and 10 months old daughter. Pizza and salad was exceptional, some of the best I had in LA. One downside for us is that they don't have any high chairs. Very packed restaurant so it was quite loud. Overall was a good experience and would definitely come back for the pizza (especially Saint Barb).
I really like the food and vibe but its an extremely rushed experience. I get there's a huge line and a lot of demand but it feels like you are under pressure to get in and out. A check dropped early is one of the most unpleasant dining experiences. Will not return to dine in.
I would say this place is pretty delicious, but does it warrant getting a reservation two weeks ahead? Absolutely not. But the pizza itself is quite good. Not the best in the city by any means but it’s up there for sure. Princess cake was delicious; worth 14 dollars for a slice? Definitely not. Kind of place you go to once to say you did it and then go back to the usual spots that taste better and you can walk in.
If you love Detroit style, this place is WOWZAAAA (and I am from NY!)! The pizza is baked perfectly with a crispy, golden crust and an impeccable sauce. I think the no restaurant sign makes Quarter Sheets more of a little fabulous secret. I will be taking my New Yorkers there!
