We contacted them for a home insurance claim, since we thought we had a leak under our front porch concrete. They promptly came out, looked at everything thoroughly and explained that what we had was just a concrete stain from our front door mat. They were very honest and didn't try to upsell. We felt confident in their review of our issue and felt much relief! Thanks for being dependable and trustworthy. Your team saved us an insurance deductible charge!

Quarter Moon (Adam) was called out at 11 pm for a main water main leak at my son’s house. No water and 4 kids to get to school the next morning (who all needed baths), Adam arrives with all the tools and parts and gets right to work. He explains everything and was a true professional. The best part since my son stuck me with the bill is that they were reasonable. I will be looking at them for future repairs.

Quarter Moon Plumbing did great work for me a couple of times in the past, but this time around it was totally terrible. I had my cabinets and granite replaced and I needed them to come out and hook up my sink and garbage disposal. While they were here, I also had them replace some hose nozzles outside and flush out my hot water heater. I was confident based on their prior work that they would once again do a great job. Quarter Moon Plumbing was responsive, prompt & professional! Overnight a pipe burst - we shut off the main until morning. We called, left a message (on a Sunday morning) and received a return call within 5-10 minutes. George was onsite within the hour, troubleshot issue & corrected in less than hour's time! Our issue was corrected promptly & pricing was MORE than fair! Mahalo for your excellent service! We'll ALWAYS use them & refer others to Quarter Moon Plumbing!
