They shipped the wrong part. When I asked for a cross-ship (their mistake), it was refused. Their solution was to leave a customer’s vehicle stuck on a lift while they processed an exchange using the slowest shipping possible. I explicitly told them to process the return as a refund. They acknowledged it — then processed an exchange anyway. Now I’m forced to wait for more incorrect parts I never ordered, return them again, and repeatedly follow up just to get my money back. Excellent and Fast delivery, really looking forward to finishing my Chevelle up.
I ordered 2 brake rotors and 1 pound of tig rod, they sent the tig rod and the rotors were backordered (no big deal). I call 2 days later to cancel the backorder because I found them elsewhere. I paid $348.73 and was credited $310.91. I get I had to pay for the rod $9.99 and SOME shipping but $27 FOR shipping is ridiculous. I know shipping has gone up but really. Craig seamed like he could care less. Never again will I do business with you guys. Id give a zero if I could
