My mom (who only speaks Spanish) had been looking for a storage unit near her home, she asked me to help her. We went to several places and honestly hadn't liked any of them. In one of them the staff was really rude, another one the place looked so dirty that we didn't even go in, and in the last one the staff was not bilingual. Honestly, we had already given up. I have used this facility for over 5 years. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, willing to help in any way.
Business's beware!!! – I have a cleaning service and rely on this storage unit to be able to access my equipment and go to work. they say 7am - 7 pm access (gate is supposed to be able to allow access) but, tonight, that was not the case. I got there at 6:55 pm and it would not open. If I cannot service the accounts I have booked tonight, I am in danger of losing them. If you have these kind of needs... BEWARE!!!!
