Apartments are nice, pool is nice, maintenance team is super nice - but unfortunately not worth everything else we've had to deal with. We had constant issues with neighbors blasting music and preventing us from sleeping, advice from management was to file noise complaints with police, which made us feel obnoxious with how often it happened, and they couldn't do much. Had a tenant flick a cigarette down onto our balcony, burnt a hole in our furniture - we never heard back on if we could get reimbursed or credited for our dam... read more
Trash in the halls ways about 50% of the time and the garage stops working in the cold when it would be the most useful This has been an on going issue this year Edit just saw management message walked in and bad of trash
