We just toured a 3b 2b apartment with the help of Koby. He was great and super informative about the units available and the application process. We called to tour the unit and he was able to give us a tour the very same day! I am very impressed with the management of the apartment complex...which is a very important selling point for us!
Apartments are nice, pool is nice, maintenance team is super nice - but unfortunately not worth everything else we've had to deal with. We had constant issues with neighbors blasting music and preventing us from sleeping, advice from management was to file noise complaints with police, which made us feel obnoxious with how often it happened, and they couldn't do much. Had a tenant flick a cigarette down onto our balcony, burnt a hole in our furniture - we never heard back on if we could get reimbursed or credited for our dam... read more
