We had countertops installed December 2021 and on July 5, 2025 a loud POP and crack from the inside corner -out -broke and shifted. I called Quarry Granite and they said the counter guarantee is 1 year and they would come and patch it for $250, I sent pictures and said a patch wasn't an option. We contacted our Homeowners Insurance and they sent a private structural engineer and their findings came back as "Bad Installation" and we could not claim this on our policy. Best price and time. Got black granite. Week 1 measurements Week 2 install Installation was from 10am-3pm Installation went great two guys came and worked super a hard! End product looked great. Only reason it wasn't 5 star was there was a lot of dust from the sink cutout. Completely understand and I told the guys I would clean it. Would have been nice to know about the dust so I could have prepared the room a bit better!
