Leaving another review because the last time I shared my experience, she contacted my mother and convinced me to delete the review. I’m reposting because I still think of this from time to time and it made me feel censored. This therapist missed scheduled sessions without notice, although she did explain the reasoning for this by email a couple years later. If I could do 0 stars I would. I was supposed to be a new client, appointment was cancelled 30 mins before appointment time. No message or email giving a reason or inquiring about a rescheduled time. Very unprofessional.
Very helpful experience and valuable tools to improve my marriage. She offered an emergency session on a Sunday to help us sort through some things and even allowed our children to watch a movie in the waiting area. She was very flexible when we had to keep rescheduling due to childcare issues. I appreciate her genuineness and ability to address my own personal struggles that were impacting my marriage in a compassionate way. I wish she had more late evening appointments but she is always willing to work with you.
The absolutely best therapy experience I have had! I felt seen and supported and not judged by my lifestyle. She is a big advocate of the community and I highly recommend anyone dealing with lgbtq struggles to make an appointment.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment with them online and received 2 automated confirmation emails as well as a text message asking me confirm my appointment the day prior. When it came time for the appointment, I was completed ghosted. I did not receive an email with the link for virtual visit, I called 3 times, left a voicemail, and emailed them and still nothing.
