This company robbed me for over $2000, I ordered a custom couch back in November on Black Friday weekend and it’s been 6 months. I still don’t have my couch & I can’t get ahold of the business. They changed their number & the email address they gave me isn’t working. The guy that sold me the couch no longer works there either and he won’t get back to me either. Now I’m out $2000. I’m so angry
Very bad experience!!! I wanted to buy furniture twice but I can’t make it. 1st time, because they can’t schedule a time to deliver. 2nd time, they said will schedule a time for me but no reply any more! Very unhappy for they service ☹️
I went to this store on 13 June 2022 with my husband on Scarborough branch. We bought new house and we’re looking some furniture. When we entered the store, there were 2 people who greeted us. Out of them one followed us wherever we went. He racially profiled us and thought we will steal his furniture and put it in our pockets or will not pay if we buy anything. Fraud Alert. Store has been closed since Mar 6, 2023. Not able contact sales reps, store, warehouse, all have been discontented. If you’ve had a similar experience leave a review. How are business like this even able to exist?
FRAUD ALERT 🚨 !! The store been closed since March, they asked people to come pay for their furniture and they give delivery date after March 6 because they closed their buisness on March 6, Any one paid any money be careful your money is gone, Everyone should write the reviews to those kind of buisness
