Great service and friendly! They were so helpful for me when I came from out of town at the last minute and forgot to pack my contacts. Thank you so much for your great customer service and assistance in getting what I needed so I could see!
Terrible customer service. I experienced a billing issue and it's been 2 mos. without any resolution to date.
Arrived for my 4 pm appointment on Friday, April 25 to find the doors locked and lights off. Sign on door even says open to 5:00 pm. No call or explanation as to why or even a follow up to apologize and reschedule. Left work early to make the appointment. Frustrating and non-professional.
Best eyecare experience I have ever had. Quick, efficient, and helpful staff were extremely knowledgeable about the different aspects of eye care and eyeglasses. Leah is a great optician who knows a lot about how to fit eyeglasses frames/prescriptions.
