Front desk Breezie Dela Cruz is very concerned about patient and did a very good job! I was warmed up by his services.
Very professional, compassionate & understanding ultrasound tech (her initials: NBS; THANK YOU ) stayed beyond her quitting time to complete the procedure. Also, she accommodated & helped me through difficulties arising from the process. She’s a great role model for anyone in her profession.
I called in early September for a mammogram appointment in October but was told no appointments are available until November or December but I will be added to the waitlist. I called again in early October since I haven’t heard anything, seeing if I could at least book an appointment for November or December only to be told my name is still in the waitlist and it may be January before I get an appointment.
