I had such a great experience with Jose from Quantum HVAC! Our AC stopped working in this insane heat and Jose was able to come out and get it fixed super quickly. He was extremely professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was fully transparent about what was wrong, what needed to be done, and the cost. Warning, don’t use this guy!! Angry and aggressive and poor quality: Jose from Quantum AC came to my house to install a new thermostat. When he walked into my house my ac was working but the old thermostat had sticky buttons so I wanted a new thermostat. He installed a new thermostat and the ac would not turn on. He then hot wired it to bypass the thermostat and it still didn’t turn on. He told me the mother board on the unit was broken. I am so glad I found "Quantum Heating & Air conditioning Inc." they were professional, very knowledgeable, and had the best customer service. Jose was patient, calm, and made sure to test every components that might have been causing my Central AC not to function. Sure enough, in less than an hour, he was able to find the problem and got my AC working again. I highly recommend this company.
Jose and his team are the only ones we trust when we have a/c and heating issues. They have serviced our home for over 10yrs now. He is honest with his work and won’t try to upsell you. I hope he never leaves the Corona area. Hard to find trustworthy ppl nowadays.
