The worst health care possible. They are poor to communicate clearly and only give open ended answers. I am having trouble getting physical therapy after a total knee replacement. The holidays take priority over health care apparently. I am worried for my recovery, knee freezing up. Quantum doesn't seem to be concerned at all. I am regretting having had the surgery, wish I knew quantum wouldn't be able to own up to their end of health care. I will need to check with my insurance for alternatives.
