This was sold as a direct fit replacement upgrade. Came with a “installation kit“. The oe pump doesn’t have a removable harness. The new pump from QFS had no harness, no fuel line to connect the new pump to the oem assembly. Strainer doesn't fit at all and is nothing like the oem housing, no matter how you orient it. No instructions for the application. I had only this weekend to get this fixed so had to bite the bullet and replace with an oem fuel pump assembly. Our motorcycle shop has received multiple dead in the box fuel pumps with no refunds. They are just sending us new parts. Going OEM for now on to better serve our customers.
