My Experience as a QFA Intern I am currently a student at University of Maryland planning to major in Finance. I was given the opportunity to intern at Quantum Financial Advisors during the Fall semester. Since then, I have continuously learned about how a financial services company operates and gained some knowledge about the financial markets as well. This experience has been amazing. Great long-term relationship I have a long track record in finance but trading and portfolio management is not my forte. I prefer to leave this kind of thing to the experts. I have been with Joe at Quantum Financial Advisors for 10 years and my parents are also with QFA. To date my IRA value has petty much doubled while the S&P and the Dow Jones Indices have been flat. Great Company I am an engineering student at the Clark School of Engineering at the University of Maryland. I wanted to learn about investing and money management. I received the opportunity to intern at QFA, and it was a great experience. What I learned far surpassed what I thought I would learn. The employees are very welcoming.
