First time going to see Dr. Ton. I must say this facility is very well put together. They are organized, fast service, and very friendly. Dr. Ton asked me a ton of questions being I’m a first time patient. He then took his time on explaining how we are going to address why I’m there. His explanation, and breakdown is easy to understand. His attention to his patient goes above and beyond I have ever experienced. Thank you Dr. Ton for making this visit so easy.

I don’t usually post comments but I wanted to share my experience with Dr.Ton and Crystal Run. Dr. Ton was and continues to be friendly, informative and professional. He spends time with you and explains everything in detail so you understand. He is also very responsive when leaving a message. Crystal Run is very well run with courteous and professional staff in person and on the phone. Dr Ton was knowledgeable and actually spends time with his patients. He was kind and attentive. There was no wait for my appointment. He has looked into all of my concerns so far and is taking my input seriously, a valuable practitioner.
