In may Quandt came out to do the plumbing work for a bathroom remodel. Most things went well but after they reinstalled the toilet within a couple days performance was substantially degraded. I did my due diligence as the home owner trying to figure it out with no success. I lived with it for 2/3 months hoping it would resolve itself but it became challenging. Quant Plumming did an excellent job on installation for my new water heater , fast , friendly and expert installation , highly recommend .
We needed a pipe that diverts the sump pump to the road fixed. We called them they showed up today and fixed the issue for a fair price. They were friendly and got the job done quickly. We contacted a few other plumbers and either didn't hear back or didn't show up. Hats off to Quandt plumbing!!

I have a home warranty and in January of 2025 had issues with a stoppage/main floor drain backup (in addition to other issues). My warranty company assigned Quandt, and Quandt came out and assessed the situation and submitted for repairs. The technician came and fixed the other portions of the claim and the stoppage appeared to have 'cleared itself', as the floor drain was properly draining at the time of the repair service.
