I have a home warranty and in January of 2025 had issues with a stoppage/main floor drain backup (in addition to other issues). My warranty company assigned Quandt, and Quandt came out and assessed the situation and submitted for repairs. The technician came and fixed the other portions of the claim and the stoppage appeared to have 'cleared itself', as the floor drain was properly draining at the time of the repair service. We have used Quandt for our home plumbing on a few occasions. Quick to respond, get scheduled (has always been same day for us fortunately), and once on site always very knowledge, helpful, and resourceful. All of their employees have been awesome with their customer service, politeness, and making sure as a customer we’ve been satisfied with the experience. I would highly recommend them.
This Company is Great to deal with. Jason found the perfect replacement kitchen faucet and answered all my question via text and email making it a one trip repair. Matt was on time communicative, polite, and thorough.
From the office personnel (Christine) to the 3 guys who came to my house (Matt, Troy and Cole), this company is hands down the best plumbing company in the Fox Valley! They were great from start to finish, got the job done in a timely manner and did a great job fixing the problems that we "inherited" when we bought our house in July! We will not hesitate to call Quandt in the future for all of our plumbing needs!
