Communication needs improvement when it comes to walk-ins and appointments!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! My feet got infected due to not having clean utilities. The man that did my feet was very rude. The staff just sitting down on their phones. When I had a question they always had an attitude.
Worst place ever to get your nails done. Especially on a Friday. They take forever. Tell you it’s five minutes just to keep your business then make you wait, wait, and wait some more. Sometimes your nails may come out good but you are subject to at least two hour wait. If you don’t say anything, they’ll skip right over you and will have the nerve to be rude, especially John.
