Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this chiropractor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this chiropractor friendly? Extremely Friendly

My entire family has been going to Dr. Quam for over 10 years. With 3 adjustments he prevented my oldest son from having to get tubes in his ears. He kept me adjusted and comfortable through my pregnancy with my 2nd son, and he was the first place we went after our first night at home. I trust him so much, he adjusted my 2nd son at 48hrs old. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule Did you experience any numbness after your appointment with this chiropractor? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left!

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did this chiropractor discuss your X-Rays with you? Yes! I was given all the information I needed without having to ask Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
