Absolutely recommend this place! I went here in New Years Eve for my elbow which was badly fractured. They were very gentle with me and were really concerned. I appreciated their gentleness during the x-rays and their help through it. Yesterday I felt awful. I went to Texas Med Clinic. Long story short, I was there for an hour and 45 minutes WITH A CHECK IN TIME and still not helped. So I decided to make an appointment with Quality again. Wow! I was in and out in 40 minutes! Everyone is so nice and caring- from the front desk staff, medical assistants, doctors and PAs. I recently took my daughter in and she saw PA Monas. Quick care without feeling rushed and great bedside manner. We really appreciate this place!
I have been there twice in 12 days... got in quick & easy. Didn't matter the day, the team working was polite, helpful and fast. If they only had a frequent visitor card... I will definitely go back if needed. Definitely recommend them!
We came to Quality Urgent Care because our pediatrician was already closed. They took great care of our 22 month old. The staff was friendly and caring. Our son's health is much better since the visit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants "Quality Urgent Care." They definitely live up to their name.
