waste of money When my car failed its smog check, Quality reported that they would do the repairs. They charged me several hundred dollars to replace a flow sensor which was causing my "check engine" light to come on. However, the problem was not fixed and finally the dealership fixed it correctly. Quality does NOT know how to replace complex engine parts for Toyotas! Beware!
They are my "trusted mechanics" I'm kind of surprised to see 2 reviews that aren't favorable towards this shop. I've gone there 3 times. The first time they replaced all the hoses on my van, did a good job and it wasn't an outrageous price. Then I needed a smog check and they couldn't do it because I had to go to a special testing station. They recommended a station and Quality ended up doing $200 in work, after which I passed both last year and this year without having to have anything done..and I have a really old van! Great for tune up and oil change! I went to Q.T.U for an oil change and tune up. The price for the tune up seemed a little expensive, but the service was great - they showed me the old parts they replaced - and I was in and out of there in no time. I will be going back for my oil changes from now on.
Rip OFF I went there twice. First time it did not pass because the check engine light was on. I had no idea it would impact - they should have told me - but of course they did not. Every other test passed - except the light. Wasted $40 and 45 minutes of my time. Ok, I fixed the light - just as they told me and went back again. It did not pass again!!
