I been coming to this place 10years+. I went today to get an oil change and sat there 50 mins to find out they wasn't getting to me for another 40 mins. I only found that out because i asked and not told that they had 2 cars ahead of me with xtra stuff they needed to fix. The receptionist should have gave me an option instead of not saying nothing. Had Miguel had still been at that place of business, that wouldn't have been done that way. Time to find a new shop....

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to Juan and Mike at quality smog Northgate for hooking me up. They are very professional and provided great customer service. Juan was very friendly and welcoming at the front desk and Mike was quick and efficient with the mechanical work. Thanks so much!!! Highly recommened them for their services!!
