I would give this 0 stars if I could. We brought our 2016 Peterbilt to the Fond du Lac location with a recurring rear axle issue after an initial visit to their Oshkosh shop. Upon arrival, we explicitly told the service manager that our home mechanic had diagnosed a cracked rear differential housing and that we wanted it replaced. My husband told them, "money is no issue," and to order everything needed for a complete repair. Despite this clear request, the mechanics did not replace the housing. Things got fixed right
I had a broken battery cable that went from battery to frame. The Bolt on frame broke off. They got me right in made a new cable and welded new bolt to frame. Everyone was super friendly got me back on road in under a hour. Thanks!!!
Extremely nice people can not complain on that but 889$ to service my Volvo truck is way out of line . I have paid 350$ at gatr Volvo in Des Moines Ia and I have paid 550 at a ta truckstop but this way to much . Took what little bit of profit I made on this load . Super nice people ! But I’m sorry I won’t be back I can’t afford too .
