I like Larry H Miller Toyota. I brought my car in for service and they usually do good work. Today I was disappointed. I felt the service Advisor dropped the ball. I ask after waiting 3 hours for an oil change how much longer and she claimed they were "waiting for me" to respond to their message. I was sitting their waiting the entire time and no one contacted me or ask me anything.
