I called Tuesday afternoon I spoke to Brandon. Told him what the issue was with my Durango. I said go ahead and have it towed in they would take care of it. I had a remanufactured ABS pump on the floorboard by the passenger side for the replacement. Now it's Friday 3 days later of this 3 days of work they haven't even looked at it till now and they tell me that it's beyond what type of work they do. I've been using this tire shop for well over a decade now and the guys that work up front are ALWAYS very nice and respectful. I came I this morning and I realized they were pretty busy but I needed two of my tires patched, one of them was completely flat he said it would take an hour before they could work on them and that was fine, I just didn't have the time to wait that long, so I just asked if I could get air at least real quick and he was very nice and said yes of course just pull over to the side, so I did and then I ... read more
