Excellent customer service experience. The gang took care of oil change and 4-tire balancing/rotation in less than an hour. My truck is riding smooth again due to their expert service. Will be going back.
I hate this place. I bought my tires here back in jaunuary.... they never told me they don't take appointments for the free tire rotation and every single time I've come to get it done it's been a 2 hour wait. I would have never bought my tires here if I had known this and I wish I had never ever seen this ridiculous place. Save yourself the hassle and DONT buy your tires here. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
Travis Brown and his gang at Quality are always on Top of their Game. They know automatically what you need!! My family and I have used this company for many many years!!
I've been taking my vehicles to Quality Tire for almost 10 years now. Staff has always been great to me and my daughter. They fix it right the first time and for a reasonable cost. And if there is something they can't do they know who to refer us to. I'd recommend these guys.
