Excellent customer service experience. The gang took care of oil change and 4-tire balancing/rotation in less than an hour. My truck is riding smooth again due to their expert service. Will be going back.
I hate this place. I bought my tires here back in jaunuary.... they never told me they don't take appointments for the free tire rotation and every single time I've come to get it done it's been a 2 hour wait. I would have never bought my tires here if I had known this and I wish I had never ever seen this ridiculous place. Save yourself the hassle and DONT buy your tires here. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

My fiancé took her car in to get her tires rotated and balanced before a trip to Florida. The guy at the desk asked her if there was any alignment issues or vibrations. She said no, she just wanted her tires rotated and balanced. So later on I dropped her back off to pick the car up and they charged her for an alignment. They said a wheel was bent and it was throwing everything out of whack.
