Clean rooms and helpful employees
Do not stay at this hotel. It is filthy, and they did nothing to try and make it right. Hair in the tub, food on the floor, and the floor was oily with food stuck on it. I tried to talk to the owner about the situation. He did not care whatsoever. It was a busy weekend in town, so there was no where else to stay. Otherwise, we would have gone to another hotel. I believe the owner took advantage of the fact that every place was sold out. We paid over $200 to stay in a filthy room. Very frustrating.
Decent hotel, nothing fancy, just a clean room, comfortable bed, decent shower with lots of hot water. Yes, it could use some maintenance but nothing I saw effected my stay or comfort. Two out of the four lamps in the bathroom light fixture were out. Reported that to the desk clerk when I checked out. Continental breakfast was okay, just the standard items. They do allow pups, with a $20.00 pet fee.
They had the nicest, most understanding Manager Tom. He was seriously the most sweet person. The rooms were clean, the water was hot and they even had a hot breakfast.
Well....where to begin. I generally reserve a room with a jacuzzi because I'm a disabled veteran who needs to take warm baths. Night one, had absolutely no clue how to use the thing with it being on the wall, then the switch didn't work. Night 2, what came out of the jets was BLACK AND DISGUSTING. I can only assume nothing else is cleaned properly. Called the manager today to which he said "no one has ever complained before so I can't do anything for you".
