Bought aluminum 12ft trailer from Johns Trailer sales Middlebury last fall,I noticed that 9 of the 10 deck boards were warping upward. I called Quality Steel they said that they would replace them, they said take it back to Johns so I did ( 100 miles round trip) When I went to back to get it (another 100 miles) they only put more screws in the deck ,I was told that they don't cover warpage. Terrible customer service. Called several times for Todd on a trailer issue and he never returns calls. From other reviews I've read from the past year on this company, that seems to be quite common
