Quality star is very corrupt, I took my truck there to get my ac compressor repaired, i had to take it back three times to them because the work was not done right and my air was still blowing hot... On the third time i took the truck back to the shop they rigged up my Ac compressor so that the compressor would stay on when the truck was turned off... Also when i picked my truck up from Quality star before i got there the owner Nick called and said i had no gas in my Truck, which i did when i dropped it off it had a quarter ... read more

SERVICES WAS PROVIDED AND COMPLETED TO CUSTOMER WITH NO ISSUES WE NEVER WORKED ON HIS FUEL SYSTEM AND NEVER TOUCHED HIS BATTERY CUSTOMER VOIDED WARRANTY WITH US WHEN HE DECIDED TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER SHOP AND ALOS CUSTOMER CALLED MAKING THREATS TO THE STAFF AND ON A RECORDED LINE. THIS CUSTOMER IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AS HES A DANGER TO THE SHOP AND ALL EMPLOYEES ARE SCARED OF HIM AS HE THREATNED THE LIVES OF THE EMPLOYEES WITH ANOTHER MAN ON THE PHONE. My 2018 Kia was in an accident & had about $12,000 in damage . they fixed my car & did a great job . it was like it was never in an accident . I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE OF WHAT THE OWNER NICK OF QUALITY STAR DID TO ME! On 6/17/21 --Quality Star-- 3420 N Rancho Dr #110, Las Vegas, NV I took my van in to get 2 bolts on my wheel fixed. Discount tire paid for the transaction because they crossthreaded the bolts. The Owner had his mechanic show me the wheel hub which was cracked. He said I needed to get it fixed soon. Great place, Nick and staff were awesome, my tire had blown out and was carless for a couple of weeks, they dealt with my insurance company and made this so much easier, thanks everyone at Quality Star, you have a customer for life.
I was having my valves checked by an individual that didn't finish the job so I called Quality Auto and they said they could get it done. So I bring it to them in January and get it "fixed" yet they started my truck with the vlave cover off which splashed oil all over my engine and bent a push rod which I was charged to reapair which I was fine with as long as my truck was back on the raod. This Gentlemen came in stating he had his vehicle at another shop and the work we did on his vehicle caused the issue, I told the gentlemen we would need to see the vehicle as we offer a 1 year 12 k warranty on any of the work that we did on the vehicle. The Gentlemen came with no paperwork from what the other shop stated he simply walked in demanding a refund and was very threatening! Me and my friends were on our way to California a couple weeks ago and our car was making weird noises as we passed through Vegas. I don't remember the name of the guy that helped us but he was SO nice and very helpful. Our car fixed within minutes. I would recommend this place over any other car place I've been to :)
