I could use more politeness and less rudeness. I didn't even get out of the car, the guy was already angry at me about how I parked. After I filled the paper I mentioned that I have a coupon That was when he said they accept only cash because their system is down. (A service with a gas station where several customers were filling their car at that time!) That guys was not nice at all! He didn't explain why my car failed the somg test, and kept saying take it to the mechanic. He was not able to explain the failure codes, and was picking a tone with me. He was accusing me of clearing the engine code, althought I drove to him with the engine code lighting on my dashboard.
