My hygienist Mohamed was amazing! He took the time to make sure I understood how I was brushing and showed my great ways to take care of my teeth that no one else had ever explained to me. That knowledge saved me so much on my dental care going into the future. My experience is always superb and I would recommend everyone come to Preferred Dental Care because they are professionals that handle you with care and see in a timely manner as well.

In addition, the outstanding professional care is provided in very clean, private and comfortable rooms which I look for in dental care. The other facility provided by Preferred Dental, is the privacy of discussion of clients accounts. The staff of Preferred DENTAL do CARE for the concerns of their clients.

Excellent as usual Preferred Dental Care is my favorite place. I have never experienced such a excellent customer service anywhere else. I went back to PDC after a year, still the same friendly and welcoming environment and polite team from greeter on the help desk to all the medical professionals. I think, PDC is an unique example of what the customer service supposed to be. Keep up the good work. I know you are making difference in the community. Bravo!!!

wisdom teeth extraction I would have liked to have a more thorough explanation of the pain that the procedure called. Overall my experience with the office has been great. Going to the dentist is not a place where one would expect to feel happy about, but Preferred Dental gives you what I think is the best experience you could have at such a place.
