Bellevue QSV employees are always so cheerful and helpful! The classes are so helpful and such a warm, welcoming community.
These people are the best. I brought my old but goodie serger in to be fixed. They spent time trouble shooting with me to make sure I truly needed repair service. I did. The cost was reasonable and the repair done well. Since my machine is getting old they sweetly suggested I might consider a new one. They didn’t pressure me but listened to my struggle with fading eyesight and my acknowledgement that I may have to give up sewing and that I probably don’t want to spend that kind of money if I won’t be able to sew much longer.... read more
I took the free sewing machine class with Cheryl. It was such a valuable use of my time. She knows so many helpful tips and tricks and her teaching style is very accessible. She taught me all the ins and outs of my machine, went over what kinds of thread and needles to use for what, and also how to do basic cleaning and service for my machine.
