I called the Bellevue location and talked to Shelly, I described to her my weaving projects and that I needed a sewing machine to help me with serging ends as well as hem thicker rolled fabric. I was stuck at work and couldn't go in person to look at machines right away, and she was so patient and knowledgeable..we discussed several options that could work for me. Cheryl is an excellent teacher and helped me progress a great deal with my quilting project. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about what she does, giving me lots of sewing tips. All other staff in the store are also very pleasant, friendly, and helpful as well. I am so glad this place provides in person and virtual sewing classes. You can also purchase essential sewing supplies, beautiful quilting fabrics and machines as well. I will definitely return to this place!

Hannah was so helpful and got my 8 year old's machine working correctly while explaining it all to me so I'd be able to help her next time something went wrong. Really appreciated it and it saved the weekend sewing project!

I recently visited the Bellevue Quality Sewing & Vacuum location and my experience was wonderful. The store is beautiful and the people working there are friendly and professional. Getting a warranty repair done on a used sewing machine that I bought at the Issaquah location (now closed); turned out to be an easy and fast endeavor 👍.
