I recently visited the Bellevue Quality Sewing & Vacuum location and my experience was wonderful. The store is beautiful and the people working there are friendly and professional. Getting a warranty repair done on a used sewing machine that I bought at the Issaquah location (now closed); turned out to be an easy and fast endeavor 👍.
Received an excellent tune up of my Bernina and embroidery attachment. Service department communicated with me and helped me source a needed part. Very pleased with the service.
As a long time customer of Issaquah Sew and Vacuum it was nice to feel equally welcome at Quality Sewing and Vacuum in Bellevue. All of the employees were welcoming and Pam was a great help to me in finding what I was after. Their prices were reasonable as well. I will be back!

We originally visited Quality Sewing & Vacuum to buy the Miele Cat & Dog, but ended up leaving with the SEBO E3 Premium — and we couldn’t be more grateful.
