Quality Sewing and Vac in Everett I really like this store. I just bought my second embroidery machine. They are so helpful and the classes are fantastic. If you have a question they help answer it or find the answer. They treat you like a good friend.

Calander I looked on your site for your calender of events and I do not see it. I receive your calender of events in the mail, but have such a busy turnover of mail that it usually gets lost or tossed for recycling.I was hoping to see your calender about using new products or creative uses for old products class for 10 dollars to see with a friend. Dishonest My newish top of the line vacuum was making noises. Salesman had a great song and dance about cheap motors in some models, The motor was burned out I needed a new machine. I told him my price limit and he insisted on showing me machines 50% over my price limit and generally acting like a sleazy used car salesman.I went home went on the internet and learned the noise was from the belt stretching. Wow! Such service and caring staff! I cannot describe well enough the terrific and unexpected service I received at Quality Sewing's Everett Location! Not only did they help me in with my HEAVY sewing machine from the parking lot, but they gave me honest and straight forward advice on the repair. I got a no pressure demonstration on a new and EXCITING sewing machine (did you know they have computer connections for some of the new machines?!?!?) Most of the staff are great I love my machine I bought from here. MOST of the staff are very helpful and know what they are talking about, but the sewing supplies prices are a bit high here. You can find bobbins, stablizer and etc. cheaper online.
