Wow am I ever impressed! Not only did Kerri provide *excellent* customer service, QSS clearly runs a tight ship! The facility is clean and every safety precaution is taken so I felt really good about using them to store my personal belongings. Also, the reservation took extra time due to an issue on my end and Kerri was warm, personable, and entertaining during the whole process. Can't recommend them highly enough! A+++
