This company is a few blocks from me. A few years ago I asked for a quote, someone came out, we met, talked for a bit. I went inside while he looked at the roof. And poof disappeared. No call, nothing left on my door or mailbox. Then earlier this week, I called for another quote. I figured maybe something happened that could be explained the first time, plus a friend of mine who lives clear across town had her roof project done with them. We have been trying to reach them after being promised a call back right away. As a business, like ourselves, pay your invoice! Don't hide from it. The secretary promised a call back right away with CC information and now they aren't answering their phones.
