Rude People - Poor Product I recently worked as a contract pilot for a corporate flight department that used Quality Resources for its manuals. I have to say that these manuals were not very well done. They had far too much content and when we asked to slim it down some lady said that if we wanted to be a quality flight department we should follow best practices.
