Scheduled an initial consult via phone and even sent a follow-up text to confirm. On the day of our consult, I called 20 minutes after our start time as he hadn't arrived yet. He said he was getting in the shower, apologize and asked to reschedule. He did not communicate any change in schedule ahead of time or at the time of the appointment. Their professional manner, superior work & genuine concern was truly authentic! They completely demoed my custom shower & rebuilt it the proper way. They even went above & beyond, putting up my caddy, painting..etc I am blessed to have met such Great people! Josh, Joe & Mike are the Best! Thank you!!

Over the years I have used Josh and Mike several times and was very pleased every time. Quality Renovations has done full kitchens and bathrooms for me and never left me and my wife dissatisfied with their excellent work. I recommend them to everyone I know that needs or wants work done in their home. They will always be my go to company no matter what.
Hands down the best decision you will make when looking for a general contractor. They make it very simple, they show up, clean up and execute the plan. They just finished their 5th project with me. Kids bath remodel 1, master bath gut and remodel, kids bath remodel 2, front porch install and finally, finished basement. If you have an idea that is a bit complex, they have an architect they work with to draw up the plans (my front porch), very useful when applying for permits when you have plans in hand.
