Quality PT has totally changed my therapy experience. I’ve been in and out of therapy for two years now and never have I had such a dedicated and individual based plan as I do at Quality. The manual stretching, active release and dry needling has definitely improved my range of motion in my ankle and it finally feels more flexible and less stressed than I ever thought it would. The staff is amazing and Id never choose another place for therapy. Highly recommended.

I had my first appointment yesterday for my sciatic nerve pain. Dr Mark is so personable and explains everything thoroughly. I had the dry needling done and was given some exercises to do before my next appointment. I have already felt some relief and look forward to being completely out of pain in a short period. The internist, Paul, was also so nice and took the time to explain everything he was doing. I would recommend Quality PT if you are experiencing discomfort.
Yesterday, I ran 2 miles without pain for the first time in years! After years of ineffective treatment of shin and ankle pain, I had pretty much given up on running all together. Now, because of the wonderful one-on-one care at Quality PT, I am pain free and learning to like the treadmill! Highly recommend Mark and Quality PT!
Workout January 1: tried to get a coat on all by myself (and failed); workout today: bench press, rows, bicep curls, tricep kickbacks and a 1 mile jog all on top of the exercises Mark gave me at PT today. After rotator cuff repair/bicep tendon re-attachment and pins in my clavicle in mid October I wasn’t even allowed to move my arm for six weeks, and couldn’t move it much after that. I was having frequent migraines and a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. With the help of Dr. Mark I no longer need to do the therapy, I am able to do my exercises at home and continue to keep myself healthier, with less migraines and more movement in my neck without the pain. Thanks Dr. Mark
I used an ATM today. Big deal, you say? It was for me! A couple months ago it was very painful for me to get my left arm out of the car window to use the ATM. Thanks to Dr. Mark, my left arm is more mobile and stronger than it has been for several years. I can now put my coat on with ease and put on a t-shirt without my left arm getting stuck. Mark is awesome! Started seeing him for lower back/ leg pain at 5 weeks pregnant and he had me feeling much better in a few visits! Just listen to him when he tells u to do your exercises ;)
