I had my carpets, sofa and loveseat cleaned today and I wanted to let you know what an awsome job Eric and Demi did. My carpet is a very light turquoise and my sofa and loveseat are very light yellow. They look better than they ever have. Eric took his time - listened to me and my concerns - which was very important to me. The owners of this company are good honest people who stand by their work. They deliver quality and expertise and we really appreciated their hard work. We had an issue with one of the workers who came out to our house. After speaking with both owners they areed to come back out and go over what was missed the first time around. I would now highly reccommend them.

We requested Quality Plus Carpet & Upholstery Care to come to our home because we had seen their trucks and their ads for six rooms for about $69.95. When they came to our home, we were told that we not only had to pay the advertised price, but we also had to pay $59.95 for a maintenance cleaning.
