Terrible service. We had used quality plus to clean the carpets in a townhouse a few years ago and had been reasonably satisfied. We were charged a higher price this time around to clean a smaller residence. The company refused to honor a coupon on their website stating that the coupon was only for "regular service"; incidentally, the coupon made NO mention of this or any condition. ZERO STARS. My wife had a $70 house coupon. That turned into $250 scam. She was charged an extra $35 for pet odor stains, no big deal. Then they added $137 for a “deep scrub technique”. Complete rip off! I’m sure other carpet cleaning companies will take advantage if you let them.
I had 1 bedroom and hallway done on 5/5/2012 by QUALITY PLUS CARPET & ULPHOSTERY. I found a coupon in the Money Pages for $25 2 rooms and free hall. My Hoover steam vacuum broke and couldn't I was unable to clean my carpet for a week. Thinking it would be cheaper to hire professional carpet cleaners rather than buying a new steam vacuum, I decided to contact Quality Plus. Excellent service and attention to detail. Brian presented all options clearly, and proceeded to make a 5 year old carpet appear to be fresh and new. Thanks to the Quality Plus Carpet staff for living up to their name, and exceeding our expectations!

Courteous workers, fast...but not 100% happy with results! Over double the amount of advertisement and I still have 4 stains in the carpet. I plan to call for them to return to correct.
