Our garbage disposal malfunctioned and we needed help ASAP because the kitchen sink backed up. The technician was able to provide options for replacement, and actually install it at the appointment. He was very kind and personable. I’d gladly call them the next time we need plumbing help.
I’ve worked with Quality Plumbing twice in the past few months to install a new water heater in my home and replace the main water shut off valve. Both jobs were completed exceptionally by Josh. He does high quality work and brought me comfort by explaining what’s he’s doing and answering the many questions I had. I’d highly recommend Josh and Quality Plumbing for any work you need done.
Antonio was prompt, friendly, professional, and let me know exactly what was going on with the dishwasher leak, and located the water hose to the fridge, which was an issue with another company attempting to install a new fridge. I will be calling again with any future issues.
Horrible Experience from A-Z. Not one, not two ,but three employees stood me up. Cannot get an estimate in five months or any work completed. Sewer in my yard, in the meantime. Will have to find someone else. I give Up
