One month ago Shawn took a deposit on some work I wanted him to do. He mentioned it was to reserve a spot with him for the following week. I haven't heard from him since then and I have reached out about 10 different times since leaving voicemail each time. He just took my money and disappeared . I will continue to be vocal about this anywhere I can until he calls me back or I get bored. Update: Shawn has reached out to me and is working on setting things right. I will amend this review as things progress.
Quality Outdoor Services installed a lakeside patio for us with fire pit. It was rather large(14 x33) and required leveling and precision stone cutting. Shawn, the owner, checked in with us almost daily to make sure we were satisfied with the progress, appearance and total quality of the job. The finished product is beautiful and we look forward to many afternoons lounging by the lake and evenings with a fire. I recommend them for any of your Outdoor improvements.
We are so pleased with the work Shawn and his team did surrounding our new barn. He was easy to reach, quick to visit to discuss options, quotes and a plan and was transparent through the whole process. Their flexibility and attention to detail was appreciated as our job was a moving target and parallel pathed with a very compressed construction timeline and a strict finish-by date. Shawn and his crew did an outstanding job on my new landscaping. From the planning through the execution, the entire process was very pleasant.
