The people were great but the body shop they use is crap. I had to send my car back because they just stopped painting my panel cause of my clear bra. There was a scratch on my paint. I sent it back, a week later i was done waiting. I took delivery of my car because it had been over a month. I found not only was that scratch still there, but a new one was on the front of my car and the body shop left a razor blade and rubber all over my car along with a horrible dust every where. Colorado Springs was hit really hard making it very hard to find not only reputable body shops but ones that don't have the 6 months wait list. I did not like Quality One !!!!!!! I took my car to them for Dent repair and they did their job but they return my car with a scratch at the drivers door that it didn't had when I took my car to them.Also they told me that the car was ready and I drove from Colorado Springs to Englewood and when I got there, guess what ? my car was not ready !!!!! I don't recommend Quality One !!!!!!
