We had a great service experience at Quality Motors Ford in Independence, Kansas. From the moment we called in and spoke with Daniel Verdi, he was extremely helpful and courteous. We appreciated his honesty and integrity. Also, he was extremely nice to my sister who dropped off the car. Thank you so much for your professionalism and your kindness — it goes a long way! Staff is very friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed; I did not feel rushed while purchasing my vehicle from Aaron and his team. I really appreciate the time they took to answer my questions, address my concerns and all the information everyone gave me along the way during the paperwork end. Once I get my vehicle paid off, I look forward to purchasing another one from them in the future! Thank you again Aaron, and your QMF team for making me feel like a valued customer.
