Service department is horrible Very disappointed! I took my Eclipse in for a repair on the passenger side lock. I had to take it in 3 times to get it fixed, each time they claimed that they fixed it. Each time I drove from Boulder to Littleton to drop it off and each time I went to pick it up it was still broken even though they claimed to have triple checked that the repair was taken care of.
