Bob and Jeff were fantastic! We had a Jazzy 600 that would not run. We needed this electric chair for my Mother, so she could attend my nieces wedding. We contacted them on Monday and they came to my office to diagnose. They stopped in every day. Today they had it up and running.Tomorrow is the wedding! THANK YOU BOB AND JEFF!
Very helpful on the spur of the moment fixing a stair lift at my dad's house. The lift was not one of theirs, but they sent someone out in less than 30 minutes and got it running. What a life saver!!! Without the lift, my sister would have had to get a hotel room. Thank you Quality Medical Services!!!
The chair lift I use stopped working. Quality Medical Services not only had the batteries needed, but also came to the house within 30 minutes to check out the chair lift for any other issues, installed the batteries and had the chair lift working in about 15 minutes! The staff and the repair team were friendly, experienced and provided great customer service. They were very helpful and I would recommend Quality Medical Services to anyone.
