A random inpatient doctor at UM that I have no relationship with decides to collect his dues through this company that I had never heard of before and you receive a bill that they just expect you to pay, they don't provide you with any information and threat to send you to collection if you don't pay. They also charged my insurance for periods I was not even hospitalized: INSURANCE FRAUD!
Wish I could give this place minus 100 stars but it’s impossible. These people can’t even give you the right information. They say they want to help you but they really don’t, and they lie just to get by. How can people still do business with them, especially doctors, is beyond me. Completely unprofessional and lacking patience. Este lugar para mi es lo peor del mundo,, llevo 2 dias enteros llamando por telefono y supuestamente me salen unas telefonistas q solo recogen llamadas y q no me pueden atender,, hoy incluso pedi hablar con una supervisora q tambien me engañó pq son las 4 pm y no me han regresado la llamada,, estoy bien decepcionada,, horrible
