we had a bad experience with broker from King of Freight , his name is Derek Dial, we book a load with delivery on Friday but when we arrived at delivery the facility was closed for Friday , the broker told me he didn't know about that and we suppose to wait till Monday to get unload, we get agreed to to wait till Monday to get unloaded if they will pay layover for 3 days of waiting and he was agreed.
