customer service is the worst they quoted us 350 an ended charging us 380 . Called them about it and they said they would refund it back but they never did, talk about keeping it local to support local businesses , never again will we use or recommend them !!!
There is nothing quality about this company. Their limos are all dated and the last driver I had barely spoke english. To top is all off the limo had electrical trouble with the battery where it literally kept killing all the power to the vehicle. We were coasting on the L.I.E. After pulling off to the service road the driver continue to try to drive us home at 20mph. After blowing a red light we asked him to pull over for our own safetly. We had to call our own ride home. Have used them on several occasions now, always have Dante or Ruby as my driver... best rates and great service. No need to shop around.
This company took over for Wilkinson Town Car, which I had dealt with for years. Overall, Quality is reliable transport, but has lately developed the nasty habit of sneaking in unannounced price increases when you leave your credit card on file as a regular customer. They email the receipt, an you don't notice the $7-$10 increase in the previously agreed to rate until days after the ride. Good quality for the price and you can count on them to always be on time. Always helpful with the luggage,no matter how big or how many pieces we travel with.A lot of the same drivers have been working there for years.I am very happy to have found them 7 years ago.Highly recommend them.
