I had to check out earlier than planned. After my first night, I woke up with intense itching and multiple bites all over my body, leaving large red welts on my skin. This was a very stressful and uncomfortable experience. Based on the appearance of the bites, they strongly resemble bed bug bites. I cannot recommend staying at this hotel, as guest safety and hygiene should be a priority.
Driving through needed a place to sleep walked in and wanted to rent a room. He said he can’t do that and to do it online. What’s the point of??? I left found SOMEWHERE ELSE to sleep
The staff were not helpful at all the made checking in complicated i tried to extend because I didnt want to have to pack up and go to a different hotel since I was already at this one but once again they made it so complicated it wasn't worth it at all
