The carpet from the room smell like urine and insecticide. Worst customer service experience, the receptionist yell at me when I was trying to get some help.
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The front lady was so rude and unprofessional. She raised her voice and used profanity’s to us. Please save your money this stay is not worth it.
This property is dated, but well maintained. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the price was reasonable. The service was pleasant and the location was terrific. walking distance from Metrorail. Definitely a plus.
My stay was very disappointing. I found roaches in the room, and even the towels provided appeared unclean and stained. Due to the cleanliness issues, I would never stay here again. Location is the only good thing.
