Im a choice privileges platinum member. This was a horrible experience. Witnessed by other guests. Many also left. When you check in no one is at the front desk, you speak to a computer screen and everything is done at a kiosk. The room was dated and dirty. Before I brought my things in, I was checking the room for roaches and bed bugs. When I turned around one of the employees, I'm fairly certain an owner, was watching me through the window.
